Workshop: 'Change Management for Digital Projects'

You are working on implementing digital projects and innovations, but how do you engage your colleagues in this process? Not everyone naturally moves along. Why is this, and how do you ensure your team becomes as enthusiastic as you are? In this workshop, you will learn from previous changes and practically work on gaining control over the change you want to achieve.

The next workshop takes place on November 12, 2026.

The Jewish Cultural Quarter attended the change management workshop for digital projects. Read how they experienced the workshop and what the knowledge brought them.

What will you learn in the change management workshop?

    • The basics of change management: what is needed to achieve change.

    • Application in practice: learn how change management theory works and how to implement it within a project. Gain practical insights and methods to analyze, plan, and successfully execute change processes.

    • Gaining control over change: learn the effect of clearly defining the change within a project.

    • Guiding individual change: how do you involve your colleagues in the change process?

    • Change instruments and tools: concrete tools to successfully steer change.

    • Apply the knowledge directly in practice using your own project case.

Afterwards, you will have the motivation and confidence to guide change yourself and get started with your (digital) project.

    What can you expect?

You will join various cultural professionals in the workshop. During this interactive workshop, you will work on your own digital project. You will define this project during the workshop, which can be a current or future project. Learn how to effectively implement the change of your project within your organization.

A few weeks after the workshop, we will come together for a 2-hour online session. In this interactive session, we will discuss the initial experiences with change theory, there will be room for questions, and you will gain new insights to further shape your change narrative.

The trainer provides a good insight into the basics of change management and clearly brings practical experience. This leads to depth and practical tips.
