In this package, you learn to approach digital innovations and projects from a change perspective. One senior manager or director from your organization gets the opportunity to participate in a masterclass (opens in new tab) on leadership during digital changes, and a colleague working on or starting digital projects learns in the workshop (opens in new tab) how to apply change management theory to their own digital project. You receive practical tools to start with a clear plan.

We have already prepared everything for you: the quote and the information to complete the application process within 10 minutes. These are the only conditions:
- Your organization has an SBI code that falls under Arts and Heritage, Media & Entertainment, or Creative Business Services;
- Your organization has at least 3 employees;
- Multiple people from the organization participate in the workshops;
- The scheme runs until December 31, 2028 (unless the available budget is exhausted earlier).

After approval by Werktuig PPO
Have you received a positive decision on your application at Werktuig PPO? Then contact us via den-academie@den.nl (opens in new tab). We will schedule the in-company Digital Strategy workshop together. You will also receive a discount code from us to directly register for the program of your choice.
After payment, you can submit the invoice and proof of payment to Werktuig PPO to get 75% of the costs reimbursed. How this works is explained in the confirmation email from Werktuig PPO.
