About Laura
Laura has extensive experience and knowledge in the field of change management. She focuses on the 'why' question when it comes to technology as a solution to problems. This makes it clear what is needed to optimally use new technologies so that they provide added value for both the employee and the organization.
At DEN, Laura focuses on how cultural organizations can make digital transformation a fully integrated part of their organization, where change management and the development of a digital strategy are important.
After a professional, international (modern) dance career, Laura made the switch to the software world where she has helped various organizations (large/small and in different sectors) advance in their digital transformation and software implementation.
Laura can translate into tools and innovative projects that can support digital transformation. Laura has experience with agile working and likes to apply this in her iterative approach focused on solutions, where she breaks down large challenges into smaller ones and translates them into concrete steps on the path to digital transformation.
