Online workshop: Get an overview of your systems and data (incl. IT advice)

Every cultural organization works with a growing number of digital tools: from Excel and planning software to ticketing and CRM systems. But often, there is a lack of overview. Who uses what, for what purpose, and how are systems and data interconnected?

This lack of insight costs time and money and brings risks — such as duplicate work, unclear data storage, or vulnerabilities related to privacy and cybersecurity. In this workshop, you will gain control over your systems and data, enabling you to work smarter and make better decisions.

Why this is important (and what it brings you)

Getting a grip on your digital organization might seem technical, but it directly impacts your daily work. When you have a clear view of your systems, data, and processes, you can work smarter, make better decisions, and have more time for your substantive work.

You avoid working with fragmented systems or duplicate tools and gain better insight into how information flows through your organization. This not only helps improve processes but also aids in making informed decisions about, for example, new systems or suppliers.

Specifically, this brings you:

  • Less duplicate work and more efficient processes
  • Better grant accountability
  • More insight into audience and usage data
  • Time savings for creators and staff
  • Less dependency on suppliers

Additionally, it helps you reduce risks and work future-proof. You gain better insight into where you are vulnerable, for example in terms of privacy and cybersecurity, and where opportunities lie to become more sustainable or save costs.

  • Insight into digital security risks and your digital crown jewels
  • Better compliance with GDPR guidelines
  • More conscious and sustainable IT choices
  • Cost savings on IT and licenses

By mapping out your application landscape, you lay a solid foundation for further digitalization and development of your organization.
