Day 1: Your strategy for digital innovation
Using the Digital Transformation Scan (opens in new tab), learn to determine where you stand in the digital transformation. Explore where you want to take your organization, how digital growth contributes to it, how to create an innovation climate, and who your digital visitor is.
Day 2: Seizing opportunities in the digital society
Discover the impact of digitalization on the value proposition of your organization's business model, and understand the importance of an organizational network. We also discuss upcoming digital developments and how to leverage them as opportunities.
Day 3: Leadership in digital transformation
