In the Digital Leadership program, you work together with other leaders in the cultural sector. You gain insight into your style of digital leadership and how to further develop it. You also receive practical tools to guide the digital development of your organization.

Digital Leadership in 4 days:
Day 1: Your strategy for digital innovation
Using the Digital Transformation Scan (opens in new tab), you learn to determine your position within the digital transformation. See where you and your organization want to go, how digital growth contributes to that, how to create an innovation climate, and who your digital visitor is.
Day 2: Seizing opportunities in the digital society
Discover the impact of digitalization on the value proposition of your organization's business model, and learn the importance of an organizational network. We also discuss upcoming digital developments and how to leverage them as opportunities.
Day 3: Leadership in digital transformation
The third day focuses on your style of digital leadership and how to create support among employees. Learn about making and measuring impact, developing yourself into a digital leader.
Day 4: Digital transformation in practice
During the final afternoon, we will work on a step-by-step plan to implement your digital strategy in practice.
