Digital Resilience

Do you see the opportunities of AI but lack the knowledge to get started? Digital Resilience helps your cultural organization get on track. With personal coaching on your first project, inspiration from AI experts, and joint sessions, you will learn to implement AI sustainably and effectively.

What will you do?
  • Initiate a concrete AI project that truly benefits your organization.
  • Strengthen your organization's digital vision.
  • Determine the smartest approach to start structural digital growth within your organization.

Why this program?

Many organizations want to do something with AI – from ChatGPT to better data, dashboards, or AI chatbots – but struggle with strategy, support, and responsible implementation. Digital Resilience offers exactly that guidance: practical steps, expertise, ethics, and an approach that has proven to work in the (inter)national cultural sector.

Learning together, immediate impact

You won't follow this program alone. You participate as a duo: together with a colleague closely involved in your organization's digital challenge. This joint journey ensures that you not only learn but also create immediate impact and acceleration. For example, last year's edition included Museum Arnhem, Theater and Concert Hall Tilburg, and Poppodium De Effenaar in Digital Resilience.

In 6 months, you will go through 6 workshops along with personal coaching. Additionally, you get access to an AI e-learning platform. You will learn to experiment, set up pilots, refine your AI strategy, and guide your organization through change.

  1. April 2, The Hague, all day | The Kickoff

We kick off by refining your AI project within the context of digital transformation. We map out obstacles, and you lay the foundation with your fellow participants.

  2. Why & organizational culture | April 16, location t.b.a., all day

You delve into the 'why' question and your organization's culture. Through peer review, we refine each other's approaches and anchor ownership and trust in the workplace.

  3. Data & value | May 21, online, 2 hours

We focus on data as an essential foundation for AI. You discover how data analysis accelerates processes and get practical tools to add immediate value.

  4. Digital resilience | June 25, online, 2 hours

You work on digital resilience and effective change management. Together with a guest speaker, you explore what 'digital courage' means and formulate your own AI-change manifesto.

  5. Experiment & act | September 3, online, 2 hours

We create space for small, safe pilots within your organization. You learn to utilize the rhythm of your own work environment and test your approach with a concrete if this, then that model.

  6. Result & impact | October 1, location t.b.a., all day

We conclude by taking stock and harvesting results. You present your (interim) results, share key lessons, and celebrate the steps you have taken.
