Norbert has extensive experience in all aspects of communication, marketing, and research in the cultural sector. He brings that experience to his role as a supervisor at DEN.
He knows how to translate artistic concepts into commercial opportunities. Like no other, he sees how working smartly and using digital tools can help reach a larger audience. "I have been working for over 27 years in various communication, marketing, and sales roles at Nemo, Dutch National Opera & Ballet, The Concertgebouw, Stage Entertainment, and Holland Festival. Additionally, I am the chairman of the board of the Pauwhof Fund and a supervisory board member at DEN Knowledge Institute for Culture & Digital Transformation. Keywords for me are: data- and target-driven, SMART, partnerships, and digital transformation. And above all, a lot of job satisfaction.
