About Else Laura
Else Laura has witnessed the growth and changes of DEN as an organization from the very beginning. She has specialized in ecological sustainability within the digital transformation of culture. After all, digital is now an integral part of our society (and therefore also of the cultural sector), and this has an impact on the environment. For this reason, Else Laura aims to help organizations make conscious, well-founded sustainable choices in their digital strategy. She views sustainability and digital transformation as interconnected processes; a ‘twin transition.’
As part of her role as an advisor on sustainable digitization, Else Laura participates in the Green IT network group of NDE, which focuses on the ecologically sustainable exchange and storage of cultural (heritage) data. Additionally, as a knowledge manager, she focuses on preliminary research, internal knowledge sharing, and identifying trends and developments in the sector.
