About Ilyaz
Ilyaz has a broad professional background. He has worked with start-ups, large companies, governments, and universities in technical, management, and advisory roles. He brings this experience to his role as a supervisor at DEN.
He identifies two challenges in the cultural sector, namely the impact of digital transformation on revenue models and the complexity of that transformation:
"Digital transformation requires rethinking, which sometimes leads to cultural clashes. Then there is the question of how to ensure that the changes benefit everyone, including the creators.”
