As interim team lead of the project advisors team, I support DEN in its mission to help the cultural sector with digital transformation. I do this by sharing my experience and knowledge gained as a leader in a scale-up environment. I help the project advisors team by creating more overview and clarity. This ensures that the work runs as smoothly as possible and that the various projects and processes optimally align with the needs of the sector and DEN's mission.
My personal mission: I want to help people work as much as possible from their talents, in autonomy, with clear agreements. So that they can work pleasantly and experience a lot of job satisfaction.
In doing so, I also experience great joy in sharing my knowledge with an organization that, in turn, supports a sector that can certainly use extra help and knowledge in these dynamic times.
