You know that a digital strategy is necessary and you would like to create one for your organization. However, in practice, it turns out to be more challenging than you thought: where do you start and how do you approach it? How do you create a suitable digital vision and ambition? Together with your colleagues, we will dive into digital transformation and what it means for your organization. This way, we build a foundation on which you can further roll out a digital strategy. DEN is convinced that a digital strategy is the foundation for digital transformation, and we wish for every cultural organization to be able to work on this.

What can you expect?

After the workshop:

You have inspiration and a broader understanding of what digital transformation entails for your cultural organization;
You know how digital transformation contributes to your core values and audience and how it drives innovation;
You have collectively formulated a digital ambition;
You have established concrete digital goals;
You have formulated (digital) activities to get started with.

Additionally, you will receive a (visual) summary that serves as the basis for drafting your digital strategy.

What do we ask of you?

Time: a half-day for the workshop and 45 minutes preparation;
Focus: a team of colleagues with diverse expertise (4-7 people), including a representative from management;
Space: a room or meeting space at your location.
