Your digital to-do list, but in just one afternoon
From protecting your data to growing your audience: we've outlined the eight essential building blocks for you. Together with experts and peers, we translate abstract topics into concrete steps you can take tomorrow.
- Legislation and regulations:
- cybersecurity - create a safe working environment
- digital accessibility - create inclusive websites that work for everyone
- digital sustainability - sustainable and cost-effective IT choices
- copyright - control your own work and clarity on using others' content
- GDPR - how can you work GDPR-proof?
- Data - gain control over data
- IT Infrastructure - control your tools and systems
- Digital skills - confidently start working with new tools
These are the building blocks that provide both overview én guidance. A good foundation is the key to success and prevents you from losing a lot of time and money later on security risks and project bottlenecks.
The power of the region: DEN & Kunstloc
What makes this event different? We combine the knowledge of DEN, the knowledge institute for culture & digital transformation, with the local expertise of Kunstloc, the knowledge and implementation organization for art and culture in the province of North Brabant. This ensures not only theory but also recognizable, regional examples from your own practice. Think of inspiring stories, such as that of Dennis Elbers, director of Graphic Matters and Blind Walls Gallery, who shares how his organizations built a solid digital foundation.
Who is this event for?
This tour is especially for you if you work in a small or medium-sized cultural organization. If you want to tackle digital developments but don't know where to start. And if you're looking for concrete tools, not vague theory, and the network to help you move forward.

On October 27, 2025, the tour will stop in Groningen in collaboration with the Kunstraad Groningen and the province of Groningen. Keep an eye on our agenda for the dates of other regions.
