Collaboration DEN x DTC
For this CyberSafe Check (opens in new tab), DEN collaborates with the Digital Trust Center (DTC) (opens in new tab), part of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate. The DTC aims to make the Netherlands more resilient to increasing cyber threats. The DTC assists organizations with a step-by-step approach, with knowledge & advice, and with tools that help make risks clear and provide tips to get started right away. Background - Cybersecurity
SCAN
In 2023, DEN conducted the Cyber Security Scan (opens in new tab). It revealed that 3 out of 10 organizations have experienced a cybercrime incident in the past 3 years. Time for action. The digital safety checklist for cultural organizations (opens in new tab) was launched earlier this year, and now, as a supplement, the CyberSafe Check (opens in new tab).
DEN as a driver
DEN is committed to making cultural institutions digitally safer and seeks strategic collaboration with renowned knowledge institutions such as the DTC to make the cultural sector more future-proof. This meets the need of cultural institutions to receive expert support and to stay informed based on the latest knowledge and information. We do this, among other things, by providing information and developing practical tools.
