Do you see opportunities in digital innovation but struggle to recognize solutions for your organization? Do you want to work with your team to identify, create, and apply innovative solutions? In this workshop, you will work with your team to initiate a new work culture. Develop new skills and ensure that (digital) innovation is welcomed with open arms and a curious mindset.

But, what is innovation?

Innovation in your work means: looking creatively at your work and how you get inspired to be creative to make your work as effective as possible. The goal is to be future-proof - as an organization and in your role.

The Program

During this workshop, we alternate between:

  • Theory of success factors for innovation and innovative work methods;
  • Discussions to reflect on your own innovation capacity;
  • Exercises to apply innovation on a small scale so that you can immediately implement it in your daily practice.

Part 1: Necessity and Success Factors for Innovation

We dive into the basics of innovative work. We look at how innovation works, which success factors contribute to innovative work, and how to develop competencies within your team.

Part 2: Innovative Work Methods

We explore the Design Thinking philosophy. What does it entail, and how do you apply it? What does agile working mean, and why would you organize a hackathon or design sprint?

Part 3: From Idea to Experiment

From ideas and inspiration, work towards a small, executable experiment that can be tested tomorrow. Experience how to leverage each other's talents.
