The in-company workshop Innovative Working provides tools to initiate a new work culture. Develop new skills, change your mindset, and ensure that innovation is welcomed with open arms and a curious perspective. 

The Program

Part 1: Success Factors for Innovation

The starting point of the in-company workshop is the Injoin Quick Innovation Scan, which provides insight into your team's innovation capacity. The results of the scan form the basis of the 'competency journey.'

Next, you and your team will learn how innovation works, which success factors contribute to innovative working, and how to develop competencies within the team. We use case studies from the work environment relevant to digital transformation.

Part 2: Working with Design Thinking

In the second part, you and your team will work with the innovative Design Thinking method. You will gain insight into the possibilities of this method for taking the next step in digital transformation. Using an existing issue within your organization, you will work through all five iterative phases of the method. 

Part 3: Collaborating on Innovation

Based on the outcomes of the earlier parts, you will share tips and knowledge. Additionally, you will brainstorm together about the next steps for your organization and how you, as ambassadors, can strengthen the innovative character of your organization. 

Results

After the in-company workshop, you will have:
